Terrific customer service right when we walked in the door. My son needed new shoes and the salesperson patiently walked us through the fitting process and brought out a number of shoes to try based on his foot profile. I’ve purchased many pairs over the past 10 years from Fleet Feet and plan on doing so for many years to come.

Gotta admit, I was skeptical of the 5.0 average rating. Now I see why. Julie was welcoming and knowledgeable. Foot scan was quick and the whole process was seamless. I had shoes delivered to my house within TWO DAYS And they come with a 30 day return policy. To quote Arnold,I will be back.

All around great experience! From scheduling a shoe fitting online to walking out the door with my new running shoes. Joe was super helpful and thoroughly explained the shoe fitting process, types of running shoes, and was very patient as I tried everything on. I ended up leaving with not only new running shoes but insoles and socks!

I was greeted as soon as i walked in. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Ive been suffering from plantar fasitis for months. No inserts would relieve the pain. I stopped in desperate for some relief. Within 2 days my pain was cut in half and now 2 weeks later while I wear my shoes I am almost completely pain free!!. Please do not waste ur money going anywhere else! 10/10 I would recommend 👌

I had a great experience at this store! They did a 3D scan of my feet and explained all the different measurements in a way that was easy to understand. The salesperson was kind, attentive, and picked out shoes for me based on my preferences, not just trying to make a sale. I really appreciated that the focus was on making sure the shoes fit well and that I left with something I would enjoy wearing. I ended up with a comfortable pair of walking shoes and also purchased insoles, which are already helping reduce my foot pain. I’ll definitely be coming back to buy more shoes in the future!

First, Fleet feet has the foot analysis technology that enables staff members to recommend footwear based on something more than subjective opinion. Second staff members have extensive experience fitting shoes and have personal recommendations that combined with the technology provide an accurate assessment of available footwear options. I ended up buying shoes in a brand that I thought would never work for me based on past experience but the staff member showed me a new model that fit my feet perfectly.

I’m pregnant and have been experiencing shin splints and tightness with my well-loved running shoes due to my feet expanding. I came into Fleet Feet without an appointment, and it turned out to be the first day of the marathon training group. Even though the store was busy, the staff greeted me and made me feel welcome. William worked with me individually, patiently asking why I was there, what I was looking for, and thoroughly explaining the scan results. He listened carefully to my feedback on each pair and used his expertise to find the perfect shoes for me. I’m so grateful to be able to continue my pregnancy feeling like I can stay active and move without pain.

I’m very glad I went Fleet Feet! I live in a remote area and specifically drove 3.5 hours to try on shoes in the city, with the goal of buying a new pair. I didn’t expect to get such a custom experience here. I thought the scans were cool. I really appreciated Conor for helping me. I told him what I did and didn’t like and he was very helpful helping me find the right fit. Something I never could have done online! I especially appreciated how Conor was able to make it possible after the purchase to credit me the birthday rewards, since I was there on my birthday weekend! Thanks Conor! I hope you get a raise!! He’s great!!
